Fabrics and fibres

Fabric and fashion waste

Factory standards and audits

Optitex and garment fit

Lean manufacturing

Group discussion and Q&A session

Caroline supplied detailed need-to-know information essential for any fashion brand start-up or product development business that requires factory production. She provided examples of good and bad factory practices and made the participants aware of essential documentation. Throughout the session she gave ample opportunity for participants to jump in with any questions and comments.
