Abbie Godbold – Apprenticeship Blog Update

 Fashion Capital are participating in a campaign held by Skillset to promote manufacturing in the UK and apprenticeships! Lucky me – I was able to take part in the photo shoot to be able to advertise this! It was so much fun being made up to look like I was from the 1940’s to remake the well known ‘We Can Do It’ poster with fellow apprentices by my side.

Our photographer and make-up artist we’re absolutely amazing not forgetting the guys who were in to film our day! We also had visitors down from Skillset who were with us for the day and were interviewing us throughout. It was without a doubt a brilliant experience!

 

I am further gaining knowledge and new experiences as I progress through my Apprenticeship and look forward to work everyday!

I am also looking forward to ‘The Factory’s ‘ open day on February the 14th as I will be meeting Lots of new people as well as showing of my knowledge about The Factory and how Manufacturing here runs!

For now I can look forward to the future and continue enjoying what I do!
