Fashion Enter Hosts Open Day

16-06-2017

Having attended numerous events including Meet the Manufacturer it became apparent that new and emerging designers and businesses were sourcing manufacturing and sought support with their business.  As a result, sister company Fashion Enter opened their doors welcoming attendees to find out about the services offered by the highly experienced team. Screen Shot 2017-06-16 at 1.47.11 pm

Starting the day with an overview and introduction from Jenny Holloway, attendees had the opportunity to tour the factory, discover the services offered by the fashion studio team and see just how a British manufacturer operates.

Following their tour, the group were able to discover more about the sampling process with Fashion Studio Manager Rosie and Head of Patterns – Lauren.  Jenni Sutton then informed the group of the memberships we currently offer and what they entail, before introducing our mentor and marketing executing Tracey Park-Taylor who was able to discuss mentoring and masterclasses that are available to members.

In addition to hearing what our very own members had to say, the group also had the opportunity to hear from guest speaks including Foundry Digital.

Feedback from the two-hour session included;

‘I have learnt lots from this open day I had no idea about, how to start up my business and where to go for samples and production. It was a brilliant day, everyone was super friendly, I found it very useful.’ Roxanna
