The event also marked the launch of Lauren Goodger’s debut collection Lauren’s Way; an all pink, couture range of red carpet dresses. Lauren explained ‘I was inspired by Grecian looks so you’ll see one shoulder designs and toga style pieces. I wanted to design a range that will get girls compliments.’

This year Profile was both a trade and a consumer event with a selection of designers able to sell their designs to the public. The consumer section was a mixture of eclectic designs to buy from new designers Magenta 8, Tobi Hannah, Bad London, Love Emile and Tina Lobindi, Lauren’s Way pop up shop selling her clothing line and beauty products, free massages and beauty treatments by Sandall Sanctuary and cupcakes by Pakes.

Press, buyers and VIPs were then able to review the stunning collections of the carefully selected designers showcasing in the trade event. This year Profile was a hot bed of talent with each designer showing exceptional creativity and innovation with their designs. Kelly Love exuded old world glamour and femininity with her luxurious fabrics and precise tailoring, Rebecca Torres who is already a best seller on asos.com with her label Torres really stood out with her dynamic shapes and strong colour palette and jewellery designer Marina Prokopiva accessorised Simon Wang’s contemporary collection on the catwalk divinely with her colourful and decorative pieces of wearable art.
