Heard of the Blonde Salad? Or perhaps the name Chiara Ferragni? Well, you really should have, but this super successful blogger/lifestyle guru is going bigger, much bigger than she has before. Super-influencer Chiara (who has 6.5 million Instagram followers, just saying) is relaunching her website from its current state of a fully-fledged magazine, into an ecommerce destination where you can find you inspiration, read about it, and shop it. Launching September 6, this is not your average blogger’s ‘My Wardrobe’ section, but an entire website featuring exclusive, co-branded products from the likes of Giuseppe Zanotti, LNA and Delfina Delettrez. “What you buy on The Blonde Salad is a treat for people who love the website,” this super-woman says – who has also scouted many flea-market vintage pieces for the site. I don’t know about you, but I’m seriously inspired, and I can’t wait to check out the site come Tuesday.

This week was the week of the MTV Video Music Awards in New York, which attracted the likes of Beyoncé, Jay Z, Kim Kardashian (who, shock-horror, did NOT contour and went for a ‘Grecian, natural’ look) and Kayne West. Victoria’s Secret models Jasmine Tookes and Taylor Hill were also spotted on the red carpet – in shimmering pink sequins no less – and both looked pretty damn stunning.

Kaia Gerber – who recently turned 15 (I know, even I feel old too) – was accompanied by her star-studded family, including parents Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, and brother Presley at the LA premiere of Sister Cities. The film is the models acting debut, and with a face (and connections) like hers, I imagine we will seeing her a lot more.

Estee Lauder is seemingly shaking up their image, what with the recent (and heavily social-media documented) Kendall Jenner collaboration, but their latest offering is a little less sequin-shadows, and more, well, stylish. The beauty brands next (and let’s be honest, much needed) collaboration is with Victoria Beckham. “I want to make women feel empowered, to feel sexy and confident. This make-up does that. I love to make women feel like the best version of themselves,” Beckham said. Split into four separate looks – inspired by Beckham’s favourite cities – this collection is all about wearability; this collection is not about trends, but instead about a selection of pieces that are promised to be “ones that you really need”. From Java bronzer to Morning Aura Illuminating Cremme, these are not only products that have luxurious names, but luxurious packaging, and of course, great formulas. Want to know more? Priced from £22 to £68, the collection drops on September 13 (available at Selfridges) and, if Beckham’s surprising success as a fashion designer is anything to go by, it is a collection that is sure to be highly coveted – just look at the campaign images…
