The new Sonia Delaunay (who was a Parisian avant-garde key figure and became the European doyenne of abstract art – for any of you that don’t know!) exhibition went on display on Tuesday at the Tate Modern and will run to 9 August. Adult tickets start at £14.50 and it appears to be well worth a look…

Cara Delevingne posed with fans outside the MTV Movie Awards, wearing a kooky expression and a burgundy high-neck lace dress, along with a cleverly lacquered ponytail – it’s seems Cara is growing up (well, a little)!

Burberry staged its London in LA event on Thursday, bringing its Autumn/Winter 2015 collection to Beverly Hills for one night only, with famous faces such as: Jourdan Dunn, Naomi Campbell and, host of The Late Late Show: James Corden, taking to the catwalk.

On Wednesday Feminist Apparel, a New York-based non-profit clothing company based in New York, erected signs around the city calling for an end to “Cat-Calling” in an effort to deter lewd, unwanted behaviour directed at women. Good for them!

Geoffroy de la Bourdonnaye, CEO of Chloe and Jean Pierre Blanc, president of the Hyères festival, posed with the 10 finalists (I adore those pink boots) of the Chloé Prize for the International Festival of Fashion and Photography on Wednesday, of which the winner will be announced later this month.

The Minions, the yellow, amoeba-like creatures who appear in the ‘Despicable Me’ films – are having a fashion moment. To mark the release of the film ‘Minions’ (a prequel set to hit screens in late June in the U.K.) Illumination Entertainment, which produces the films, and Universal Partnerships & Licensing have teamed to launch a capsule clothing and accessories collection with a raft of designers, such as: Giles, Piers Atkinson, Tatty Devine and Rupert Sanderson. The collection includes sixties-esque yellow shift dresses, as well as motif jumpers and embroidered patch jeans, and launches exclusively at Selfridges in London and Manchester on June 11. #minions #toocute

On Tuesday Miranda Kerr promoted the new Reebok Skyscrape range in Hong Kong – which was very pink, very girly and involved lots of pineapples and white jeans…

Kim Kardashian West and her husband Kanye West had their daughter North West baptised in Jerusalem on Monday. Kanye obviously chose his most-pure outfit for the occasion, whilst making sure that he co-ordinated with North, of course!

The Bengali New Year was celebrated on Monday in Bangladesh, with colour, painted masks and a joyous crowd acting as the components of the event.

Coco Rocha created a meme post on her Instagram account, featuring her new daughter Ioni James Conran saying: ‘I know I kept you up all night. We’re still cool, right?’

All eyes were on the Colcci catwalk in Brazil on Wednesday evening, and for once not solely for the fashion. It was, of course, the venue for Gisele Bundchen’s last catwalk appearance, and she didn’t disappoint. Before she donned denim, lace and silk for the catwalk, she posted an image on Instagram of her (ridiculously gorgeous) self aged 14, saying: “I am grateful that at 14, I was given the opportunity to start this journey. Today after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be working in other facets of the business.” Today the world’s highest-paid supermodel, she is sure to be missed on the catwalk. #forevergrateful (as Gisele put it!)
