The Photo Shoot Party

Saturday, 10^th December 2005, saw Couture’s “The Photo Shoot Party”, in association with Trace Magazine.  Held at the stylish ‘Penthouse’, Leicester Square, with a theme of Classic Hollywood Glam Rock, London’s style innovators and trend setters came to see the showcasing of garments from The House of Prangsta, Hiro and Urban Knit.

 

 

  

 

 

Cutting edge designers included: Ian Labeija’s, graduate of Central St. Martins College, Prangsta and Luda Gelbutovskaya.  The overall shoot saw the use of sharp tailoring, together with bold colours which saw a theatrical feel, combining this with the soft and feminine, created a unique look.

The theme of “The Photo Shoot Party” cleverly incorporated the “party” environment, using the audience as the backdrop to the photography.   The concept for each shoot complimented the Glam rock theme, with imaginative designs styled with big hair and bold make-up.

With raffle prizes for up and coming models to be featured in one of the shoots and the best dressed attendee winning a flight to Milan, the Couture event was definitely not to be missed.
