26-06-2008

Following on from 2007s incredibly successful attire and accessory packed show, round two is imminent and every bit as alluring as the last.  A vast array of exhibitors from around the globe will converge at NYCs (where else?) Javits Centre (July 21-22 2008) and illuminate the place with ‘in your face' attitude inspired outfits and alternative clubwear.

It's certainly going to be a massive night and a must on many a social calendar.  Carole Hunter (LENY Joint President) commented on what's fast becoming the annual highlight for many a fashion aficionado (as it's aspired to do so for the last decade):

"Our exhibitors are the very best this market can offer and, as with the UK's Londonedge, LENY is America's industry meeting place for buyers, suppliers and agents with alternative,  music or streetwear interest. It's like a special members club – it just can't be missed. "Partnerships and timing were key to our return and LENY promises to be even more exciting. We're totally committed to our community and passionate about this groundbreaking movement which is already an institution in the
UK."

So, if you're in the trade and you want to get your hands on the stuff anarchic catwalk dreams are made of, check out the rock ‘n' roll, punk, emo, gothic, metal and club inspired clothing, footwear, accessories and giftware on offer.  You know you can't find ‘em anywhere else on the high street, so get involved.  With so many designers, manufacturers and retailers present, representing the hottest in alternative streetwear, don't miss it.
