Clothes Show Live Blogger of the Year
Up-and-coming fashion blog Remotely Fashion has scooped the inaugural Clothes Show Live Blogger of the Year Award in association with Sasha Wilkins of Liberty London Girl.
The award is a new addition to Clothes Show Live’s hugely successful Creative Awards Programme and was judged at this year’s Clothes Show Live event by Sasha herself.
Written by Miriam Bouteba and Siobhan Sullivan, Remotely Fashion was selected as the winner in what Sasha described as a “closely fought competition”.
The winning blog saw off competition from other finalists including YNKE, Fashion Help Centre, Frock Trade and February Girl to claim their prize which includes free tickets to Clothes Show Live next year as well as the opportunity to have a LFW experience with Sasha.
In order to select the winning blog, Sasha said she looked for a blog which expressed a point of view and also showed excellent writing skills and a good sense of humour.
Commenting on the inaugural award Sasha said: “It was really important to me that there was an independent blogger award that recognised not necessarily the biggest blog but one which showed real potential.”
Of the winning blog Sasha added: “This blog was really well-written and really made me laugh.”
Miriam Bouteba of Remotely Fashion said of winning: “It is absolutely amazing to win this award. I love Sasha’s blog so to be picked by her means so much and makes it even more special.”
