At The Factory we are incredibly keen to ensure that we operate ethically, responsibly and that high standards are maintained throughout.
The Factory was recently audited by (SMETA) Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit and we are pleased to report that we passed their inspection with flying colours.
The auditors covered:
- Labour Standards,
- Health & Safety Business Practices and Environment,
- Management Systems,
- Entitlement to Work & Immigration,
- Sub-Contracting and Home Working.
This is great news for us as a company as not only does it cement that we are doing things right but it reassures our clients that we encourage responsible practices and ethical standards.
