The aim is to establish a dynamic mix of workspace, studios and office space for arts, cultural, media and creative enterprises. The development, situated within easy reach of all major transport routes, will be highly wired, have onsite parking and disabled access.
Based around the Old Malthouse on the bank of the River Roding the flexible workspace will be complemented by independent leisure, retail and housing to suit the needs of the capital's expanding creative economy.
LTGDC would like to invite Expressions of Interest from arts and cultural organisations, creative enterprises or freelancers who may wish to take space in this development. LTGDC also wishes to here from potential management companies interested in managing the development.
Spaces from 100 to 5000 sq. ft. are available with immediate effect. A further development of up 70,000 sq. ft. will become available over the next three years.
