Here's me - conceptual designer (I want a material like X, collars like Y, three buttons there etc.) looking to create men's jackets and shirts initially... I need an assistant to translate those ideas (working collaboratively) in to cut patterns and on to finished samples/ small production runs. Need someone with suitable experience who can work on (1) sourcing materials (and advising on suitabitlity of materials), (2) cutting patterns / assisting with designs and (3) manufacturing the samples or supervising the manufacture of samples... I envisage assistance being required at least one day a week, although this could be split over two or more days if easier for you.
