yes there is still a space available. At the moment there is myself and another textile designer in the room but as it is a large room we have another desk space available. It is a great space in a great location with lots of natural light. I am looking for £220 per month for the use of a desk space in addition to a communal cutting table. If you do know of any designers then please pass my contact details to them and they can come and see the studio.

I am looking for one or two other designers to share my new studio space with me at London Bridge. I am a textile designer and I have just taken on a great new studio space space with wonderful natural light 10 minutes walk from London Bridge. I am keen to share with other textile designers/fashion designers/artists to create a fun and inspiring work environment.

The room is 420sq ft and I am looking to rent out half of it and also have a shared area with a cutting table. The rent for a third of the room would be £55per week which includes everything.

The studio forms part of Tower workshops on Riley Road, SE1 and it benefits from it's own parking space and is outside of the congestion zone. Bermondsey Street is just round the corner and has some great restaurants and bars.
