I think these terms have lost a little in translation from the Italian,
Think you may want to contact a designer from England who is fluent in Italian and can give you a clearer translation.

I think the "dome sleeve" may be what we used to call a bell shaped cap sleeve, a short sleeve that 'caps' the top of the arm, looks a bit like a dome.

"Boxy hems" is not so easy, we do have 'box pleats' which is a type of steamed fold in fabric. Boxy implies Square shape so, perhaps it means a straight,square hem???

Hello, I am not professionally connected with fashion and I am not a native English speaker, but I need to "decipher"(understand) a couple of phrases from an English fashion text.
