Main Duties:
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for all store operations including, but not limited to, the following:

Managing the store budget
Reviewing store performance related to the budget and taking appropriate action
Maintaining brand image and operational standards
Overseeing stock management
Motivating staff
Handling customer complaints
Recruiting store staff in partnership with the HR dept
Promoting good communication amongst staff
Ensuring compliance with Company policy and Health and Safety

Key Requirements
You will need to have high volume retailing experience, in a multi-product environment, at management level.
A minimum experience of 1 year.
