A question for you all. Do you think that the search for models/photographers/ MUA's/Stylists and other creatives is seasonal in the fashion industry?

For example, this time of year is quite busy in the sense that designers are looking to get their photo shoots done for their S/S09 collections. But what about inbetween that? Do you think the need for these kind of creatives is a constant demand or seasonal? If so, when would you say is the busiest time?
