Custom Digitizing and Service

Digitization service converts artwork and graphics (jpeg, wmf, eps etc) into embroidery files (tajima dst, meic, exp, madera, barudan & others). * The graphics file should be 600dpi. If you are unable to produce the file in 600 dpi we can offer this service for you at a slight additional cost.

Maximum decoration area : 600mm X 400mm or 60cm X 40cm

Minimum decoration area : 100mm X 100mm or 10cm X 10c

Embroidery Positioning

An agreement should be reached with the client as to the position of the embroidery on the

garment.* A document is generated to handle the INTERGRATED ORDER HANDLING PROCESS. This document will be emailed to you on request. This document will ask you to answer the following questions:

1. Position of the decoration
2. Record of intail Contact
3. Quotations
4. Design
5. Sample Production
6. Digitizing
7. Inspection
8. Post and packaging
9. Legal Responsibility

Washing instructions

Most polyester cottons come in 40c (t-shirts, sweatshirts etc) others are what is called 60c superwash, the embroidery thread or yarn is designed to be colour fast, as such should not run during washing. Thread and yarn comes in metalic, nylon, polyester and are used as appropriate on various Fabrics.* If in doubt secure a liability agreement with client before work proceeds.
