Is help Out There For Small Businesses?

The talk has been great on this topic but are promises of helping small businesses really being delivered? More importantly are there any long term plans in place for the future?

·        So far there's been all talk and not very much action; and action is what SME's really need, bringing forward train to gain funding to support SME'S is great however it doesn't make much of an impact on daily running costs.
