 WRITING YOUR BUSINESS PLAN Â
Do you need to attract an investor to get your business off the ground? Do you need finance from your Bank? Do you need to convince other people that your business plans are realistic?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, you need a formal business plan. This workshop is a step-by-step guide to writing an effective business plan for your fashion business. Requested by delegates from previous ‘Be Business Ready’ workshops, this new workshop is aimed at fashion designers who are either just starting out or have been running for a while and who need to formalise their plans, primarily to satisfy potential investors or funders The workshop is practical and specific to fashion businesses. It will give you a chance to apply your new-found knowledge through exercises related to your own business – so you will start to build up your very own business plan as the workshop goes along. The workshop will last about 5 hours, starting at 9.30 a.m. One-to-one surgeries will be held at the end – you will be able to book a timeslot as the day progresses (subject to demand). It will be delivered by our Specialist Advisor, Nigel Rust (see profile on Fashion Capital website: Industry/Specialist Advisors).
