The legal side of paying people to work for you

There’s a lot of confusing information about the legal side of having people work for you.  Some of it is plain wrong!  It can be very expensive for you, and lead to unnecessary problems, if you don’t know what works and what doesn’t.  These seminars are designed to give you the right information, explain how to use it in your business.

e.           What happens if you don't (tax, copyright etc)

30th March

3] Employees: getting the law on your side, so you get what you need

a.           Making it flexible

b.           Things you can't avoid by contract

c.           Contracting for what you need

d.           Checking you have employers liability insurance

e.           When it is not working - what to do
