The Italian Cultural Institute is very happy to present the Assomoda Department for Young Designers.

For over 40 years, from its bases in London, New York and Barcelona, Assomoda has been at the heart of international business facilitation and commercial interaction in the fashion industry. The Department for Young Designers is an exciting new project, overseen by Maristella Colombo (MD of the Milan jewellery company Maiden Art). The idea behind it is for Assomoda to support rising Italian talent in the fashion world, allowing new brands to thrive and make their presence felt in today’s difficult economic climate. ReGeneration Italy will see the Assomoda Department for Young Designers showcase groundbreaking fashion ideas in a variety of media. It will take the form of an exhibition where the designers’ concepts will take tangible form, where every aspect and detail is brought to life, effectively displaying the potential of a new generation of Italian fashion talent.
