From Celebs to reality, the styles that are hot right now! There are plenty of looks that are never going to be easy to achieve but a few of these we have tried out ourselves over 2009 and we feel we should share these hot hair trends and how to do them with you all! We start with the fringes! The Fringe Plait The Fringe Plait has been recently seen on A-List stars such as Jennifer Aniston. The look is easy to achieve and pulls your fringe away from your face. This is great for when your fringe is that irritating 'in-between' length. I have tried it once or twice my self! Maybe I'll pull Pitt one day too!  Jennifer Aniston Modelling the Look and Jemima Daisy doing her best to imitate... The Block Fringe The block fringe is great, its edgy and funky but blow dry it right and it can be soft and feminine too. Celebs with the iconic fringe are those such as Lady Gaga and Keira Knightly. Both of us in the head office have got this edge now!  Keira Knightly and Lady Gaga doing classy and edgy! Jemima Daisy and editor Jenni Sutton working it at Movida! The Alice Band The cute little Alice bands we had as kids have now got an edge. Not only are they worn for a gym session or a morning dash to the shops. Molly Sims and Posh Spice have worn them well. Our lovely Fashion Capital Manager rocked this look for our glitzy Christmas party!  Molly Sims and Victoria Beckham working two individual hot looks and Emily Tullet mimicking Molly's sparkling band. Look Out For Part 2!
