Kabiri are looking for a Full-Time e-commerce assistant.

Duties: Reporting to the E-Commerce manager, as e-commerce assistant you will be responsible for the input of stock onto the main website and onto our secondary concession website. You should have excellent written skills and be able to write product descriptions as well as a good understanding of excel. Also a good eye for merchandising and seasonal trends is desirable or a willingness to be trained.

Sales experience is also essential, as this role will also involve being the point of contact for our online customers. Again, excellent written skills and phone manner will be essential for this role. The role will also involve sourcing the jewellery from our bricks and mortar stores within a tight timeframe and efficient manner, packaging the jewellery, and working with our delivery companies to post the stock out. As an e-commerce assistant you will also be responsible for customer returns.

This role would suit a computer literate person who has excellent time management skills and excellent customer skills. Jewellery knowledge is desirable but not essential.
