Min of 3-4 years experience working with high street, with excellent design knowledge
Commercial awareness and capability of forcasting and identifying high street trends essential.
Ability to translate these trends into a young collection aimed at the high street.
Ability to translate customer requirements into product and have indepth knowledge of fabrics and yarns.
Experience in dealing with Indian and Far East factories essential
Felxible, confident approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills essential.
This position will involve international travel.
