Thank you for your post. Of course, I will be grateful to you for any kind of advice. To make a fashion magazine from zero is not easy. I know what works well in small market like Bulgaria, but will it work in UK? Who will take the risk? The good idea here is to risk only our time, but not our money.

The most important question at the moment is how can I find the right people for magazine's team and what can I share with them? Can I say "Lets go and find a company, the company will make a magazine and we will be owners of our work"? Is this seems to be a good decision or not, what do you think?
