Yes we do production as well and the price will reduce with quantity. We will do the sample first then discuss production prices

but then said i have to provide my own fabric ? i will speak to them in a couple of days as i have a bad sore throat , gruff voice , didnt want to seem ignorant as i havent dealt with a pleaters company before , when he says sample does he mean he will pleat and make up the dress and i just provide the pattern ?

Hello R,

It sounds like they want you to supply all the fabric to be pleated and they will produce a sample first. The fabric and pattern are the same thing.
